You want to find a place that not only supports you and your business but that you also fit in with the other brokers and can build good and lasting relationships.

LOL  I definitely subscribe to the "if it ain't broke" philosophy with cabin furnishings, but the decor isn't such a big bite of capex - I try to find something that still fits the rustic/cabin vibe without being too kitschy.
