Get a business email it looks a lot more professional and if reaching out to someone they will take it a lot more seriousAs a business owner if I get a cold email and it’s gmail, hotmail, yahoo etc i typically do not even read it and send it to junk.

For years I have been meaning to get into commercial either multi units or even industrial i.e. warehouses.

My friend has worked for Progressive Auto for 10+ years and even he says it's insane. 

I have a new tenant and I now require someone to assist me with managing onsite.

In my opinion their program fee of $10k would be well worth it, even if I just flipped 3 properties with them!

Don't give up even when it's tough.

So, they are prepaying interest, even if they sell in 2 years, or if prevailing rates do come down.  

I'm not sure our guests even want that, and I'm not sure it would increase bookings. 

I just walked away because it’s better if I don’t get involved in something that may or may not even be legal.
