I don't know what prices in your area look like, specifically, and I don't know what types of contractors you'd be using...I also don't know the extent of the work that you need to complete...

Essentially, you get contractor bids and give it to the appraiser and the appraiser goes to the home and uses the bids to see how the home would look after. 

I found 2 priorities I’m going to pull the trigger on, so I’ll probably possible need PM , contractor , handyman, if they go through.
