This is a inspection report that I received today from the title company.

I just emailed Jake back today after our initial phone conversation a couple weeks ago.  

We had the inspection today and all the utilities (plumbing, heat, electric) are in need of a full replacement.

I know you can't have two FHA loans at the same time unless you move far or start a family, and I'm not looking to refi it since i'm not sure if it has 20% equity, and I doubt I could compete with that rate today. 

This is a great educational event with very little sales pitches.

Since coming across wholesaling and its true meaning in May 2018, I have spent countless hours educating myself via podcasts and reading books.

WOuld you for go $10,000 of income today if you knew it meant you were getting $100,000 next year?

It was my impression that they would have to be out by the end of the month since they declined to sign the new lease.I want to do this the right way and I would rather have a clean exit then fight them on the $200 I'm owed.If I issue a 30 day notice now, is their last day 30 days from today?

They have a 5 day period to answer and I believe today (Wednesday) would be considered day 5.
