I have sold two show dogs to the Philippines.  

He has promised to send me pictures taking when he walks his dog tomorrow.What is the best way to handle this?

Basically bird dogging for myself, but looking to wholesale deals that are out of my price range or geographic area.  

Everything looks okay other than the rent is so low, deposit is also very low, plus they now have a dog that is not mentioned in the lease.I am okay with the dog.

Are investors doing all the work themselves or are they using others to bring them deals?

The renter let 5 dogs live in the house so you can imagine what we walked into when he decided not to buy.

Apparently the cops and/or dog warden have been called 4-5 times on them.

I just do not know.The house is exactly what we need and options are limited (non existent so far) for renting because we have dogs.
