To your best advantage on a flip, is to have it be a balloon (no worries about payments while you do work on the house) but again, I would crunch the numbers first before saying you'd split the profits.Please also make sure to document everything!

The original roommate has caused much disruption here, between her alcoholism and related violent outbursts, to her drug use and threats, including calling the local police multiple times for a variety ridiculous things, all of which is documented, and more than once was told by the police she was becoming a habitual caller and a nuisance, then threatened with arrest.

@Annie Li If they (PM) can provide all the documentation; phone calls, emails, faxes etc... that show that they did in fact order the power to be turned back on, and the power company did not; WHY, maybe the power company could be at fault.

We have protocols we can follow to encourage the neighboring owner to act but the first step is the initial warning letter (everything needs to be documented), then a call to a hearing with the Board, after which the Board can decide to impose potential fines.
