This will likely cost them dearly.Just a friendly piece of advice.

You can put a piece of paper over the number and rub a crayon or a pencil until the numbers show on the paper.

First, the whole apartment smelled like pot (illegal in Indiana), then we found some of it in two of the rooms, dog pee stains on the carpet, multiple pieces of furniture left in the rooms, trash everywhere, animals in the freezer, full fridge, mold in the bathroom, chewed up internet cords, and holes in the carpet.

@Derek Robinson You can work on automating as many pieces of the business as possible and decreasing the amount of time you spent on it.

The lot stays as one piece, under one owner, but the units can be rented out separately. 

They also were helpful in letting us show the property and we got it leased with 0 days of vacancy.AND they let us get in a couple of days early to do some painting and other make ready things while the lease was still in effect.You bet your bottom dollar when I did their walk thru and found a few things, nicks in the drywall, damage from a piece of furniture on a wall etc. 

Safety & piece of mind is extremely important.  

They're generally the units that hang up on the wall at ceiling height in each room.Pros:- Can accommodate central AC install with little renovation- More efficient at cooling/heating because you're heating or cooling each room individuallyCons:- Expensive initial investment- Unit hanging in every room- "More" maintenance (more moving pieces to break)
