@Feng Luna I have been patiently waiting for the right asset to acquire.I follow a disciplined investment strategy and what I have seen pre-Covid are deals trading based on aggressive assumptions and rent growth projections.My approach like others is to buy low and sell high in markets that have solid job and economic growth.
