I am sure if it is profitable, and they can make 10-15% margin just being an intermediary, they are trying to get into it.Lastly, if retail was dead, why would Amazon acquire Whole Foods?

We will be expanding the property, likely quadrupling the size of the available RV sites, adding more cabins and glamping options, adding a marina, adding an aquapark, bringing in food options for guests, better marketing, etc.

There are bears in the area, so there is a rule of no food in the pods, and they do not rent in the winter, because this is a ski area with snow. 

Just food for thought.As far as tenants go, its still your job to screen them and provide a good residence.

The tenant should have Renters Insurance since it would cover the Loss of Use of the property and provide payment for temporary accommodations, food, laundry, etc. 

When is the last time you stopped to get fast food and the place was 4 blocks off the road, after taking 3 turns, off behind all the trees, with no real signage?

Borgata Casino's downstairs food court seems like a welcoming place to grab a good meal and talk.  

I should add, I currently live with my parents so I have no living/food expenses.
