I am looking to act only as an investor, not real estate agent and believe in making sure agents get paid their full commission on deals for their hard work, maybe even opportunity to partner on deals if the person, price and deal is right.1) Investor friendly real estate agent/broker who has actually invested and/or several real estate investments in West Palm Beach, Broward or Martin counties.2) Property manager who knows if there are any commercial multifamily property owners who are fed up and ready to sell at a discount off market.3) Private lenders or banks that are investor friendly and provide up to 80% LTV for commercial properties.
