Hello everybody,

I am experienced commercial real estate agent now getting into real estate investing.  I am looking to move to West Palm Beach, Martin county and maybe Broward county area looking for solid cash flowing off market deals.  On my wish list are the following high quality team members.  I am looking to act only as an investor, not real estate agent and believe in making sure agents get paid their full commission on deals for their hard work, maybe even opportunity to partner on deals if the person, price and deal is right.

1) Investor friendly real estate agent/broker who has actually invested and/or several real estate investments in West Palm Beach, Broward or Martin counties.

2) Property manager who knows if there are any commercial multifamily property owners who are fed up and ready to sell at a discount off market.

3) Private lenders or banks that are investor friendly and provide up to 80% LTV for commercial properties.

If you know of anyone on bigger pockets that might be able to help please let me know.  Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Danny.
