I have found alot of one-pager websites that offer the service but are either too far away or very vague and don't explain their 'flat' fee.The 3 days to quit already passed and the next step i would imagine is prepare the Complaint, Cover, Addendum, Summons, and Claim and take them all to the court to purchase a case # (for $240) and if everything filled out correct to the T, file it and then serve summons with the case# on it and file proof of service (done by a 3rd party, to each tenant individually, personally?)

Hi BPrs,I just got a letter from the city attorney stating that i have a warrant out for my arrest and charged with "criminal housing violations"...however i had filied the evictions before the city even came out and condemed my property...and the police refuse to arrest them for tresspassing stating "too many gray areas"....i am seeing how the courts are protecting the "professional tenants". what would happen if i just go remove them myself!

I essentially see 3 choices. 1) Let it go and chalk it up to a learning experience. 2) Threaten to take him to small claims court. 3) Actually take him to small claims court.I would be apt to try #2, and if it didnt work, then Id go with #1.
