So at least if what I am ripping out was a complete write-off I am at least getting it at a price that justifies ripping it out.Anyway, long story short, I pre-loaded the work, as is my custom, and by the beginning of 2015 I had a fully rehabbed and soon thereafter fully rented Duplex!
