I would say Annual operating costs have increased due to such things as property taxes and insurance.It much easier to do a 3% to 5% increase every year, than wait multiple years and then try and catch up.

There were many reasons I could not continue as a coaching student with him and I should not be made to wait until July for a refund based on the outlandish abuses and immoral business practices that took place during the 2 months from September - October when we were operating as a company.
