Definitely talk to a lender, because every situation is different and rules are constantly changing.  

I learn constantly - not in a nerdy way, but read a lot and listen to audio books and podcasts at any given opportunity - try to learn things that help me make my life better. 

  (1 night my kitchen sink started pouring water into the basement to see a rusted elbow, most likely from constant draino)  could have saved the money spent on water jetting - rookie mistake.  

My thoughts are that it could be a nice value-add to attract new tenants without having the cable guy constantly in and out every time someone moves in or switches providers.  

They essentially are holding your money hostage so you aren't constantly taking out new loans.

In this business you need to  be constantly educating yourself as much as possible.  

To anyone owning, developing, managing and buying/selling property in Ohio - The laws within the real property tax field are constantly changing.

In fact, there is so much air coming into the house as a whole that the furnace is constantly, constantly running - costing us a fortune just to keep it comfortable in here.I'm not sure how difficult it is to insulate the underside of the house (as well as the rest of the house).

I see that as constant vacancy, or people just not paying their rent.

Those types of people are kind of like an "engine" that needs constant fuel to keep that energy going.
