The private road is co-owned by all who own property on the road.

Sec 8 vouchers are not a problem since you get a check from the local H/A and then need to go after the tenant for the co-pay.

I am located in Doylestown (Bucks Co.) and do alot of work in the area.  

I want to get my Colorado real estate agent's license because Colorado has reciprocity with all 50 states.

You are complicating things if your real estate agent has to now coordinate viewings with another person including you.

So i would need to use potential income from the units to qualify for the loan or im guessing have a co-sign.
