It is common practice for them to pay the 11.5% for Walton and Okaloosa counties and 12.5% for Bay County, and the renters pay the cleaning fees. 

I like to have a few days to a week depending on cleaning, repairs, and maintenance that needs to be done.  

I am interested in how the repairs, clean up, and vacancy all factor in.

Fire and Police unions and their lofty compensation packages are ruining the city budget which prevents the city from cleaning up the streets in areas that might otherwise be interesting to develop. 

Most guardians of a minor's of estate are there to be responsible for the welfare of the child and to see that they have a clean, safe place to live. 

@Travis Hamilton I'm not a fan of the sink or the mismatched appliances either, but everything is clean and in good, working condition.

The common area should probably be cleaned at least every 2 weeks, probably 25-40 bucks.

Fist issue is safety, I have used idiots to rip out old carpet, scrape the floor of old padding, clean the floor, walls....I may not let them on a ladder.

Once you start cleaning house, other residents will notice.
