We created a LLC and there are 13 investors that make up the Class A members of the LLC.

What do you know about dealing with people from this socio-economic class?

I start my licensing classes this weekend and have already started thinking about where I'll hang my license.I'm getting my license so I can access the MLS at 3:30 am if I so choose.

I'm taking some classes next week in real estate investing.

Not to mention water for all these people will be exorbinant.With that being said I am not a fan of lower class neighborhoods so I may be biased.

Does anybody know any real estate classes in upstate ny?

this is one of those things that may have to be learned from experience owning this building (and I don't know your class of tenants), but for my area and tenant class, it would be a mistake to pay to repipe the property and not set if up for separate meters in the future as tenants move out.

. ~$95K property valueProperty C is a C in my opinion because it is in a decent working class neighborhood, schools are okay, access to freeway, nearby cities with shopping, restaurants.

For my new buy/holds bought during the winer I usually have to lower the price by $50-$100 to get the same class of tenants.
