How do you go about exploring / financing such an opportunity?

Hello Investors,I am exploring a property in La Quinta city and in the Community called Starlight Dunes Home.  

One strategy I am exploring right now is to do the rough-in of the entire project (i.e. get the electrical, plumbing, framing, etc done).

There are so many useful resources here to help you grow your network, your portfolio, and explore new income streams:  webinars, podcasts, calculators, and member discussion areas just to name a few!  

I am also exploring the possibility of opening my own one person brokerage if I can not find a place to put my license.

My wife and I have always been into real estate buying and renovating personal property as well as doing some house hacking, now we are looking to dive a little deeper and start exploring investing into SFH's and particularly the BRRR approach.Glad to see Canada is represented here, the market feels a little different up here. 

However, there is also something to be said about being naïve, traveling the world, falling in love, and exploring at that age.

Explorer??

Fortunately I worked out a deal with the buyers to stay in the house for up to 2 months after closing, so I have time to search and explore my options!

I certainly don't want to explore any grey areas or motivate someone to sue me, regardless of my innocence.
