Hello everyone,

New to BP, kind of just stumbled onto this little gem while looking for real estate info. Feel like I hit the jackpot. My wife and I have always been into real estate buying and renovating personal property as well as doing some house hacking, now we are looking to dive a little deeper and start exploring investing into SFH's and particularly the BRRR approach.

Glad to see Canada is represented here, the market feels a little different up here.  Can't wait to start connecting with some like minded people and talk some real estate :)
