Hi I'm a newbie and would like to educate myself.

Also, a side note, the education their child has received has been sub-par due to at home and hybrid classes.

I see possible opportunities with my childhood home.

But if there's anything I've learned so far in my REI education it's two things. 1.

Of course, I plan on talking to a professional about this but was hoping to get some unbiased, educated opinions first. 

I'd love it if you could educate me or provide me with some helpful advice.

I teach Continuing Professional Education (CPE) classes to CPAs to help them understand how to leverage the incredible tax benefits available to their clients who own commercial and residential rental properties.

I've spent the last few months educating myself on REI and finally feel ready to start to take some action.Full time, I work in technology consulting and website creation. 

Spent the last 6 years in the education field, but now I am in the process of changing careers into real estate investing.I am currently looking for a Real Estate Agent in the San Antonio/Seguin area.
