Hi All,

My name is Andrew Paul, I just recently moved to the San Antonio area (Seguin to be exact). Spent the last 6 years in the education field, but now I am in the process of changing careers into real estate investing.

I am currently looking for a Real Estate Agent in the San Antonio/Seguin area. I have a line of credit lined up secured by a family rental property. I have talked to several hard money lenders and comb through/analyze properties daily. I am just struggling to make an offer or find deal outside of NWA, social media or Zillow/Redfin.

Please feel free to reach out to me with any recommendations!

Thank y'all!

Andrew Paul
