Direct mail tends to work best when you send a campaign of 5-7 different pieces, 4 weeks apart from each other.

Or, hell, take them to the cleaners if they wish to act that foolish, but again the risk here is that you're deals will only close if someone you know to be bad with numbers does their very numerate job well.Most firms have very cost effective RESPA-compliant email drip campaigns.

Do I get my financing in order before starting a mailer marketing campaign or do I send out mailings first and figure out financing after the marketing (hopefully) generates leads?
