One route I have went was making a ebook cover, making it look like a wholesale listing book, I attached these to ads as a link to a squeeze page which asks for the name, email, & number.

I get better prices due to lack of demand and banks' desire to get inventory off their books for year end.

They will only be able to hang on to them for so long though; they have to get them off their books before they end up in a bind.

They will contract with me to do document preparation, i.e. executive summary, deal and company due diligence, powerpoint pitch book, summary business plan, 7-10 yr financial projections, preparation for market to investor contacts.

I'm not talking about "guru program" books, selling only one part of the puzzle.

A receipt book for income and a file folder for expenses.

There is allot of book keeping and dealing with different personalities.

Haven't tried it on iPhone, yet, but appears to work there, too.Between the iPhone and especially kindle and iPad I rarely read a printed book or document anymore.

I have read a few books and used to work at a real estate investment company in California, but have MUCH to learn.
