For one property it is $10/month and it has a pretty full featured accounting system, an online app, background checks for $15, and online rent payments for .50.

So, I borrowed $15k from my roommate for earnest money to secure the property, advanced another $15k or so from my credit cards to cover points and closing costs, and advanced another $20k buffer (using 0% interest promotions on the cards -- I also had perfect credit), and bought it and celebrated.I had a contractor lined up that was a referral by my realtor, who had sold me my own home.

I wanted QuickBooks online, but if you want the class tracking feature, it's $60/m!

So maybe your sale gets overturned due to the fact that it should have been stayed / postponed.But these are the sorts of things that YOU should have identified BEFORE you placed your bid at that TCB sale; if you don't have all the answers at hand in advance, you put your money at risk.
