So far I planned to drop price again along with adding in home warranty and buyer agent bonus.

The idea is to own enough rental property to support me when I need the extra help, fund my retirement, keep my parents healthy, and take care of my possible future family.

I have calculated an extra net gain of about $10-15k per flip, if I run my own crews.

They want to structure an agreement where the daughter is added to the mortgage to make it official and That’s all I got for now. 

I give them 12 slips per year and they take money to bank into my LLC business account.I scanned a deposit slip into my computer and added all the information and also print big capital letters apartment number and or address.

Could you pay them some money each week for the trouble  and stay with a family member or close friend or work associate with extra space
