A Broker of mine brought a deal to me located near Colombia University. 

She completed her Master in RE Development at USC, and has been well satisfied with the quality of education as well as the networking contacts.The program offered at Southern Cal is what I refer to as REAL education, in contrast to the crap offered by the over promoted, over hyped, get rich in real estate guru crowd such as Rich Dad, (President) Trump University, Carlton Sheets, etc.  

Matthew,              I would recommend Ballantyne/Waxhaw area for you and your family to stay and for investment there are several areas like University, Mint Hill, Matthews, Harrisburg.

A major decision to launch my own company came recently when I began to study the data I was collecting in the Wichita area and comparing it to the data released from Wichita State University's annual market reports.

Some other great rental markets I can recommend in South Jersey though are Glassborro, by Rowan University, Sicklervile, Audobon and Collingswood.
