I have several in South Florida and am always looking for new ideas for marketing other than the big recognized names.

If you want to make money doing development I would suggest you could look at a rising community somewhere between SF and Silicon Valley (Brisbane, Daly City, South SF?)

If you hire a builder to build in Lincoln Park and you hire the same guy to build a lot farther West, North or South, the price to build the exact same home with the exact same finishes will be different.
