Even the hedge funds as far as I know were never really able to crack this code without a lot of work and boots on the ground so it will be interesting to see how they evolve.

I have seen his work and it is very good quality.

They are not the cheapest but they stand by their work and are honest.

Investing takes work and its not easy but can provide you financial freedom.Take a look at the book Cash Flow Quadrant part of the Rich Dad Series, has a lot of great information.Keep working. 

I enjoy having a hand in some of the work and do it to understand what it takes to get the job done, and I have found that it also me with creative solutions.

The active partner has the knowledge of how to do all the work, and you the passive partner provide the funding.With a performing note there isn't any active role required.  

Anyway, it needs a ton of cosmetic work and there are some leaky pipes that need fixed and I'll have to add a furnace.

However, flipping might be another way to get another revenue stream while I work and have a full time job.

I am interested to see if others have any suggestions for "short cuts" but so far, I haven't found any :)  Good luck!
