I'm looking to create a referral network of professionals to mutually benefit one another and discuss our goals over the next year.

Law seems to be written that as a property owner you should know when/where to pay taxes and ask if you don't get a bill.Also you would want any code violations to go to a good mailing address and not to the property address where your great tenants might tend to throw those away.

I tend to buy all the real estate books that are recommended by the guests. 

You tend to get better terms on a fully rented property rather than one that is vacant.All fees associated with any loan would have to be paid including but not limited to Appraisal Underwriting Origination TitleIn regards to property management that would be up to you to make that call based on other operating expenses and your own personal availability.

It's definitely a bigger headache taking care of these things while tenants are living there and when things do go out, they tend to go out at non-convenient times such as Christmas eve when it's 0 degrees outside and nothing is open.
