Hi all,I have my next property under contract in Raleigh NC, for a flip/BRRRR and I am looking for a GC who can help manage all the plumbing, electrical, Kitchen, bathroom, floor layout adjustments and permitting.Ideally looking for someone who has worked with investors or is an investor and can help manage costs instead of providing retail pricing for all the work. Thanks!
