Sent her and her boyfriend an email early this morning, asking when they were planning to come by for the keys.

I'm a new member of the Miracle Morning movement talked about on BP Podcast 157 and have become obsessed with early rising and productivity from morning to night.

It can quickly spiral out of control and be a tripping/fire hazard to the other tenants.  

Lives in Santa Rosa and flys up for long weekends.one memorable trip was we flew from Santa Rosa to Bandon dunes played golf there that mid day stayed the night then play bandon again EARLY  flew over to Sunriver to his place mid day bout 30 minutes in his Cheyenne and played cross water in the afternoon.. 

Listed the property on Craigslist in the morning and had a contract finalized the next day.

The trip was something I promised my grandmother, who passed 5 months earlier I would do.

And something like a leaky pipe at 2 in the morning that requires a plumber to come out and take a look...I assume that falls under a Repair?
