not sure if I'm understanding the point of this thread If the point is there's very few places to live where you can work a regular job and own a  house I would completely disagreeOff the top my head I could Name 30 towns in upstate New York where A couple could work blue-collar jobs and Easily afford a home and live in a perfectly safe happy friendly community

It was 12 hours.If you don't do a lot of the prework as far ahead of time as possible, permitting, vendors, suppliers, ordering materials, you're likely to get delays easily in weeks.If you don't control your own crew then it's pretty hard to even find one, or get them to show up.

My thought is since the windows are already compromised they could easily deteriorate further with normal use and then it becomes a capital expenditure.

@Olufolajimi Ige , lenders usually seem to want collateral when you apply for a business loan so it is a good idea to have property with equity and it would definitely help your chances of obtaining a loan.I'm just wondering though if you could easily create/obtain $100,000 in equity in a property , not sure if it would be worth purchasing a franchise.
