I was just wondering if anybody else who invests in the Binghamton area, local or not, was in need of a handyman and or maintenance man.

Would it benefit me to work under someone else now or should i just start slow and keep investing while taking on a few properties. 

We just ran into a bad 'spat' of having to replace 7 ACs and a septic field in the course of the past 60 days (on our portfolio of 37 units).  

There are a lot of people outh there making a commission on pushing those loans just do not fall victim to that type of scam.

I haven't made a dime but I also do not want to be the guy who just quits. 

Just search things like "San Francsico Real Estate Investor" or something like that. 

You don't need a property manager, but you should budget for one, just in case.
