Alan makes a great point - the blunt truth is because it is so hard to find reputable handymen and contractors, it's going to be really tough to find the best contractors on a public forumThat being said go to local networking events or reach out to people individually in smaller investor-friendly Facebook groups.

This part of the business is so new andForeign to me.

I genuinely appreciate it, and its very encouraging knowing that this community is so helpful.As many of you alluded to I think the best course of action would be for me to be patient and continue to go to school.

Their is so much $ sitting looking for good deployment at this very moment, hundreds of billions if not more in capital investment liquidity. 

This is why you’ve seen so many hotels completely shut down for the time being.This is the most challenging asset to price today because there is so much uncertainty.

You'll never get that year back, even if the deal is so bad that you only break even (for now) it's worth to break the ice. 

Once you have money it is so damn easy to make more.

Currently living in the city, I have felt that this will be a great place to purchased rentals because it is so close to everything.
