Hi all. Im looking to do my first fix and flip in Baltimore, MD and I'm looking for contractors that specialize in rehab jobs. Does anyone know of a reputable contractor in the Baltimore area?

Someone I know also told me a trick to finding good contractors: Go to the local specialty supply houses like plumbing, electrical, etc. (not Home Depot). Ask the guys behind the counter if they can give you the names of those who buy from them on a regular basis and pay their bills on time. If you can get 3-4 names for each trade, you should be able to find good people. Then you can ask those people who are the good general contractors that they work for.
