I agree with you about CF, there is alot of rental supply, especially around the college of course.

I intend to do this either in the DFW market or College Station market, as I'm most familiar with these and I think they both have lucrative markets for the asset class I want to enter.

I am in college and while all the classes and everything I take in school is great, nothing is really taught on how to underwrite a deal.

BC at the end of the day ur going to have your internal accounting, your investor accounting, and IRS accounting.

However, I will say that when you have colleges providing "safe spaces" for people to be protected from opposing viewpoints, Play Doh and coloring books because the wrong candidate won an election and emergency counseling funds released for people who had to go the atrocity of seeing political graffiti written in chalk on the sidewalk (all of these and many more events like them have actually happened), I would say in general we are raising a generation weak, entitled brats.

I will be graduation from college in December and will be looking for a full time job.  

Are you in a college town, or what kind of market are you in that so many STR's are sustainable??
