Hi BP!  Are there any Texas investors in the RGV (Harlingen, McAllen, Brownsville, Weslaco, Donna, Mercedes, San Benito) who are willing to share your favorite places to buy materials for rehabs at a great price?

We are looking for local suppliers for flooring, tile (floor & backsplash), light and faucet fixtures, etc. for an upcoming rehab and would love your tips.  Thanks in advance!
