You may have something written in the loan documents about the minimum ratio (ie. debt service coverage ratio, times interest earned, etc) that you need to meet in order to comply with their terms, so make sure you have the line items in your financial reports needed to calculate them.

If I hire an architect to help design & permits, get the foundation done by a licensed contractor, have Tuff Shed build the shell (they install it too), and if you can hire out subs to finish up the rest like electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring etc.. would self managing the project work?

They do integrate with our tenant screening service so I'm biased but I like the fact they provide options to let the client pick what fits their needs best.
