My buddy from CT has a funny story from our very early college days about his friend getting caught using a fake ID because he didn't know how to say the name of the town on the ID he was using; Wuhstah. 

For example, they loan you $100K and you sign a promissory note (basically an IOU that contains the promise to repay them with the terms: interest rate & length of the loan). 

Do we steal the key from the lock box and let no-one else in, the old "Dead hooker" and fake friends posing as cops blocking traffic ploy?

I talked to the bank about this property and 203k loan he said he has no problem lending but he only seen fake pictures from the MLS.

Is the gain 100% excluded up to the 250/500 limits or is that limited to the amount of time I used it as my promises residence?

The housing market looks to be pretty promising with the potential mortgage rates going down to as low as 4%.

Whatever you do, promise me you will do this:  Go get qualified for a VA Loan.  

Sure, you and I have more votes than posts so maybe that's a barometer of something, but 1. we could  be amazing at something totally unsuited for the OP and/or we could just make lots of jokes to get fake internet points. 

Second it seems like some people are placing fake listings to obtain contact information for potential buyers.
