Run HVAC fan the whole time.Replace the blinds... large surface holds dust and odor easily.Steam clean or replace carpets.If all else fails hire a Vaportek licensed professional... they use a can or machine to flood the apartment with odor eliminator and essential oils.

Because what we do see historically is higher interest rates will actually correlate with rising rents.And if the market you are referring to is Northern Jersey....a much likelier cause of falling prices would be essentially the elimination of the deductibility of property taxes.

As someone with 1,000's of tenants & 60+ employees I can tell you that it'd be my dream to eliminate the cost of having a person there to show the rentals but the risk would be far too great.
