At this time I think my best suggestion for you would be to check with Arlington, Irving, Grand Prairie, and Fort Worth housing authorities.

I had another one where a family member came to clean out the apartment, but she really just rifled through her aunt's belongings, took a couple items of value and all the cash that was squirreled away (we're told it was thousands), and then disappeared.I now have a clause in my lease and lease renewal that asks the Tenant for the name and contact information of an individual authorized to handle their account, remove their property, and receive any refund in the case of death or incarceration.

You can also check with the NM Mortgage Finance Authority for any special programs they offer. https://housingnm.org/, and might look into opportunities for purchasing with a Real Estate Contract/Seller Financing, especially if buying manufactured homes.

They specifically mentioned Akron in the article, and both properties where tenant unions were formed here were just sold by amha (Akron metro housing authority) to redwood in February because, they said they felt it was the best shot they had for getting renovations done for the residents.

If so, I'd be interested in the same answer.In one of our cases, the lender went out of business but was bought by someone else and that entity was able to execute docs on their behalf.In another situation, we ran into a dead end because we could never find someone who was authorized to execute docs and the defunct entity's behalf.
