2.Private Money Lender – I’ve heard they can be more flexible and might focus on the property value more than my employment status, but I know the interest rates are higher than conventional loans.

I am at retirement age and I am now selling my multi-unit properties with seller financing, I look forward to a monthly check without the calls.

I imagine the latter would help conserve water usage, but the prior is easier and some tenants don't want to pay for hot water but they could run up the bills at my expense and I'd have to wait 1yr to adjust usage.

I know I'm within my rights to not allow smoking within the building, especially if there's a new tenant, but not sure if I am able to do that mid lease.Does anybody have any experience with this?

Strange experience... went to redfin to see what it says about my property... virtually nothing there but then my property typed out with (unit) #2 shows up with all my details.
