I am finding it to be very informative, but the narrator keeps referring to diagrams and work sheets on the "bonus CD"....well, the audio version did not come with a CD.Does anyone out there in BP land have a bonus CD to this book that I could buy for a reasonable amount, plus shipping?

In a neighborhood close to me a builder bought 6 lots that were platted in the early 1900s .Everything was well and septic . 

I think the issue today is all the new folks that may not be as well capitilized as you are or we were/are. to deal with these transactions there is going to be some very messy deals coming down the pike. 

Do you have any information on how many homes a well and larger septic can handle and costs?

@Jonathan GreeneAgree 100%. be transparent and if good news great - bad news - still share it with investors - realize they are making life choices based on what they may be telling you as an example of someone has $100k investment and you fear it’s going to go to foreclosure - well maybe they would not spend $10k on that vacation or buy a new home knowing they are getting wiped outUnfortunately there is a group of guru syndicators who are great marketers / sales which some I have personally spoken with and they are so full of it and just like to hear their voice their ego gets in the way.

I'm a member of the Apt Assoc of South Central WI in Madison and know they too were watching those cases closely as well and will look into the RPAWI.
