That seems counter-intuitive to what I've been getting from the blogs, forums, and podcasts. 

If you spend the next 3-6 months browsing the forums, reading the blog posts, and listening to the podcasts, you will be more than ready to do your first deal.

The tool is only available within a Realeflow account.I found an older blog post of theirs that describes functionality in more detail.
