Hi I am Nathan and I am new to real estate investing!
Hi everyone, like I said previously, my name is Nathan and I am currently a senior at UNCW planning to Graduate in the Summer of 2023. I am trying to learn as much as possible about real estate investing as I can before graduation. I found this place through the book "Real Estate Investing for Beginners" and saw it mentioned BiggerPockets often so I thought I would check it out. I am looking to be getting my first property within the next year so if you have any advice or things to look out for let me know! Otherwise, happy to be here and get to talk with many of you!
