When I started 5 years ago, I used to think it was for financial freedom or more time with my future kids, but now I think I just enjoy watching things grow!

Note that on most background checks it would pop an alert if they were on any watch lists or anything. 

However I am an extreme newbie and I've never bought a house or watched someone go through the process.

Maybe give each of them one of these silent paint removers and watch them go at it.

I have already been spending every non working minute listening/watching bigger pockets podcasts.

I mounded like I was supposed to, I watched to make sure no worms were on the plants, and I watered like I was supposed to.

There were five such houses that were listed on MLS before the sale out of 40 that I watched being sold.

@Dean Harris sounds like you have a good thing going, but watch out for burn out.  

Just watched his webinar and this makes sense with foreclosures.

We used to try and come up with every clever idea and they always had a reason to fall short and not make it happen which only frustrated us even more.A very experienced owner finally I guess had enough watching me fail that this and explained it to me very simply.
