The condominium doesn't have too many rules here other than most common sense for a good environment among neighbors.I do have mixed feelings on this situation (too many feelings and no money lol).But I just see the rental price going higher and higher because the condo is located right in front a big university that is also growing exponentially.But thank you for bringing some factors that I should be taking in consideration as well.

You will find lots of useful information on the site ... some of it quite U.S.A. specific, but much of it universally applicable.I understand the economy is slowing in Calgary - upside, housing prices will start to decline - but why would you head to the most expensive city in the country .... where a 4/2 bungalow can run over 1-million?

Some additional info is the house is located less than a mile from a small university, less than 5 miles from a large tire factory and less than 5 miles from the gate to base so the location is optimal for any potential buyers.

I suppose if he did not it could have been a different outcome.I am building in Charleston SC right now.. and we have encroachments all over the place on virtually every infill lot we are building. on.. usually fence 1 foot over... air conditioner sticking over the line etc.. we usually try to just get an easement.. because the burden is on us when we go to get the new building permit.
