Hello I am new to wholesaling and I have watched a ton of videos, information overload!

I've taught myself to do other things before, so I've been reading, watching 100s of videos, taking Udemy courses, analyzing 100s of properties. 

You should also see what it costs to add a video.

I have not visited these areas and hope to not have to do so at this point in the process; going to rely on Zillow, google earth, agent postings or videos for now.

I am an agent myself and have watched several videos (youtube, etc etc) on concept of wholesaling and rehab/flips.

I watched Brandon's video and looked at various oher reports. 

@Melissa R. figure out how you best consume information first, then go and find the information available there.Could be books, podcasts, audio books, videos on YouTube & social media, could be meetups/small groups, could be 1 on 1 meetings, etc.Then find the person/people you resonate with and see if they have information in that medium and start consuming.
