Kind of interesting that you can't actually find his site without some hefty searching or clicking on his videos...From the look of the video it appears he is scraping Craigslist across the nation and auto-posting replies to services.If your not selling anything I don't think this "technically" would be considered spam by Craigslist... but if you notice he is putting in a server name and his credentials.

Michael,I have seen these used in a three season room, recreation room, etc, but I would stay clear of using them for a whole house.

We have a full scale marketing plant that includes SEO, facebook ads, google ads, published articles, youtube videos, blogs, social media...and the list goes on and on.

But when you try to cancel you will be hit with 2-3 video request from him where he knocks off about $20 from the monthly fee if you stay, but was very ez to cancel.Try it....

If not, and they appear to have left, you should video the place, pack up what's left and get ready to re-rent the place.

BTW - If anyone knows of a good way to record a hangout (video conference with up to 10 people), let me know . . .

I would definitely take lots of pictures and videos.
